I know right!! Finally, I feel like I've tried and tested this product enough to write a review..**YAY** I know I am barely a 17 and I don't need this product, but what could I do,there's literally no concept of tinted moisturisers or BB creams here..so I was super excited to try this one you know after all "Prevention is better than cure" ;) just kidding

Like all the other products in its Age Miracle series this one too comes in a red and white glossy box.On the inside we have a really cute kinda like a deodorant shaped squeeze container with a thin nozzle. There you go pictures of it on either side. Also, has POND'S signature scent which doesn't linger on for long.
Now for those who are new to Tinted Moisturisers ,allow me to explain :)
It's your normal moisturiser with a hint of colour, like a "super thin liquid-y" version of your foundation. The coverage is rather sheer and is often used brighten up the face.So this what the product claims:
" Experience the dual power of anti-ageing skincare with a natural no make-up finish with our light-weight, tinted anti-ageing moisturiser. With super-fine colour-spheres to even out your skin tone and the same active ingredients of one of our best anti-ageing moisturiser,Advanced CLA4 Complex + SPF 15 PA++ for that smooth natural finish with a luminous radiant glow."
That's a little too much to type.anyways WHAT I THINK:
I tested this on me for at least 4 days? I guess.. and I have a combination/oily skin and it's super sensitive :(
So what was my fist impression.hmm..
I had put this on after my daily moisturiser,so it glided on smoothly,no doubt, although I was disappointed to know tinted moisturisers don't cover blemishes well..but the product doesn't really claim that. Also when I was done applying , it kinda gave a matte sunscreen-ish finish, but my complexion had really brightened up and was even toned. So that's a plus-point and it really gave me a natural look.By the end of the day, I looked like I dipped my face in grease especially my nose area, but the next day it was less greasier with the help of a setting powder.Definitely its not a long-lasting product as my faced looked smoked out at the end,but the good thing is it really smooths out the skin, filling in fine lines and made my pores look small ,reduced redness and it's moisturising enough,so it's a good product for dry/normal skinned people. As for oily skins,I might not recommend it.Also has SPF :D,great for school/summers.

HOW I USE IT:
I take a rather large amount and gently rub it onto my face ,then dab in extra product on blemishes and dark circles.Later set it with a translucent powder.I bought it in the shade Sheer Rose (02) which is good for me.This product is available in Sheer Ivory (01) and Sheer Honey (03) as well.I have included pictures of the product in action.

Don't mind the veins, but as you see it has a luminous/shiny finish on my wrist and the high point of my face like my cheek-bones and nose tip. .But this shade looks a little dark on my wrist.
FINAL RATING:
  • I give it a 4/5 rating
  • I might buy it again, but I would want to try other alternatives
  • Good for dry and ageing skin
  • Limited number of shades :(
  • Cost me SR 35 for 30 ml container, so does well enough for its price

Yep! I did!! But you know what it's a pain in the bum, shopping for make-up or anything if people don't understand you or speak English. >:-(..but anyhow I was able to find a really good lady, who helped me..yeah I know Pond's products are not sold at Sephora..I just included it because these are the products I'd be reviewing soon. : )  I had gone to Sephora to see Too Faced products they were a tad bit expensive infact everything around me was pricey ..  but I managed to buy 2 products.. As over here people do not know what a tinted moisturiser is I was suuuper excited when I found  Pond's had one **excited** although I'm pretty sure I am not it's target market ;) I decided to just go ahead and buy it.Sooo there 's gonna be loads cumin this week :D By the way our weekend has started:
*****So happy weekend !!*****
Like I mentioned in my previous post , this place weather and due to my carelessness I literally destroyed my hair. They used to fall so much, they were rough dry ,not even a single strand was split-end free and also my tips had changed colour. The damage done was so severe and I was completely aware of it , but ignored it.Wondering why?? Because I had almost waist-length hair which took me 2 years to grow them out ...and I knew what the solution to my problem was...

So I thought why not I share some tips with you all on how to restore your hair.
  • Chop! Chop!: I know it sounds scary.but its simply pointless to grow out unattractive hair. This will help to get rid of the damaged hair and free you from layers if you have them, because I feel having layers make my hair look very weak and thin. So, I put a big mountain on my heart and got my hair cut till it was just a few inches below my ears :( .But,its all for the best.
  • Oil them: This is very famous in India and Pakistan and the rest of South Asia. Warm the oil a little rub it into your palms and massage it onto your hair and scalp in gentle circular  motion.Massaging your hair allows to the scalp to relax and improves blood circulation , propagating hair growth. Also helps in conditioning and improving the texture and shine of your hair. I use Parachute Secrets Hair Fall Recipe for Hair Fall Control and Dabur Vatika Naturals Hot Oil Treatment for Damaged & Split Hair. After getting my hair cut I oiled them regularly and once or twice a month gave them hot oil treatment. The hair oil isn't very greasy so I braid my hair and go to sleep .When I shower I wash off the oil by using the shampoo twice.
  • Condition them: Shampoo and soap have a big chemistry behind them, the way in which they work producing negative charges which repel grease and dirt sometime remove the natural sebum produced by the hair roots. So it's really important to use a condition which produces positive charges and provides a protective film over your hair ,locking in moisture. I use TRESemmé  Smooth in Salon Silk Shampoo and Conditioner.
  • In the shower: I take a shower everyday and yes this does mean that  I wash my hair everyday too.I am not recommending that to anyone. This an important advice for Middle East residents that in the summer the water is boiling hot.Store some water in a separate bucket and incorporate cold water into your shower routine..brrrr!..I know its cold but its really beneficial for mind, body.skin and hair. The cold water closes the cuticle which makes the hair stronger and prevents dirt from easily accumulating within your scalp.Plus it makes your hair shinier. And also keep rotating you shampoos this helps your hair to enjoy different nutrients.I do it every 2 or 3 months or so.
  • Out of the shower:To prevent hair fall its a good idea to air dry your hair and then comb/brush them out.At this time they are less elastic and so chances of them breaking will be very low.I must say if you are restoring your hair then say NO to STYLING TOOLS and STYLING PRODUCTS.Stay away them for as long as six months..its a torture but its still better than what these things do to your hair . I even didn't blow dry my hair for 6 months, but if you have a cool air option in your hair dryer ,you can leave this option. Also use serums before combing and if its a must to use hot styling tools find a reliable heat protectant. They are no good heat protectants for me:( so I usually don't use styling tools very often.
  • Improve your diet:The table below will tell you what minerals you need ,why and which food items will have them. Also clean out your system by drinking lots of water.
(I made this table myself ^-^)

  • Additional things I did:I applied a henna mixture on my hair -with black tea, egg, lemon juice .It served to be very effective, I got orange/red highlights,my dream of getting my hair coloured and plus it conditioned, strenghtened and softened my hair.Oh and also I tied my hair in a braid and went to sleep. This way the cotton pillow cover cause less damage and according to my granny braiding aids hair growth ,who knows it might :)
So that is pretty much it for this post.I felt like I was giving a business exam o_o .Hope you found it helpful. :)

Sorry guys for a late update, house chores and illness got me but nevertheless, I am back and will be doing a hair product review.

Well where I live the climate isn't a very delightful one.Throughout the year its dry, dusty and the temperature in summers especially is over 50 degree Celsius.Plus the water which we bathe in is chlorinated and boiling hot.*sighs*.And so even if you have the most beautiful hair they are bound to get damaged be it splits ends, dryness or hair fall.

Even my hair fell pray to it and to add to the trouble I started using a straightener (genius aren't I?).But last year I discovered serums,so I started using Dabur Amla's Snake Oil serum..didn't really work out for me.Then I saw CRISTAL serum: (drum roll please ^-^)
Comes in a transparent box.

So here's what the bottle says:
100% effective split ends seal
Fluid having high restoring & fixative value, efficacious in maintaining the hairstyle both on damaged and natural hair.It is particularly suitable for innovative and free style or to mould the curls. Thanks to the restructuring and moisturising capacity it restores tone, volume and brightness and repairs the split ends.

So here's what I think about the product:
1) Does real wonders to your split ends , although I wouldn't say its 100% effective. It may prevent them but isn't super efficient in sealing already split hair.
2)Can be applied to dry/wet hair.I apply them to partially dry hair after I take a shower.
3)Doesn't give a greasy look at all.
4) Softens hair so yep it does tone your hair.
5)Adds shine to hair so it also brightens them up.
6)Not much difference in hair volume maybe slightly volumizing.
7)Never tried to style my hair with it but used it as a heat protectant and works like a charm :)
8)The smells not bad either it isn't floral or fruity but smells like shampoo you know like it has a professional scent ( I hope I'm making sense) but I assure you it doesn't have an annoying smell :)
9) It comes in a pump bottle which is good but when the last few mls are left it becomes hard to pump and so I kinda throw it away then (such a waste).
