Yay!
So recently..umm is 3-4 weeks ago recently?? well anyways 3-4 weeks back I actually had got the opportunity to go to Makkah & Madina by road yes !! at approx. a 12 hour ride :/
How can it be that someone who loves to travel doesn't really love any means of transportation :o
Oh! and also road trips are tiring, hot and gross especially if its 42 degrees outside at minimun ,plus the public restrooms are not made for our luxury..awhh maan the stench yuck!1 Okay enough with the ranting,so I wanted to let you know whst I carried with me ,some of the stuff did turn out to be useless and you'll just come to know why.
First of all the top picture is all the hygiene/skin stuff that I carried, and yeah I got carried away with the text but hey it looks fine.Solets start with the bullets:

This tote bag's from Paprika (Centrepoint brand) and I love it! It's so spacious and compact at the same time.

Facewash:Okay this is essential for when you arrive at the hotel, during the journey not much :D
Cleanser:This Eskinol cleanser is ah-mazing because it has Menthol in it,Yep,it's really refreshing during the journey,or when ever you want to feel like an ice cube! (I know, that wasn't funny -__-)
Moisturiser:This is the most essential item and did I tell you I love Nivea Soft ,it's just an "one-for-all" kind of moisturiser and not it doesn't make you feel or look like a grease-ball.
Sunscreen:Well,it wasn't important for the journey,as we travelled at night, but yes this is essential, you guys don't know whether it's scorching hot in the afternoons,so this is really important. This sunscreen by Nivea is cool but I hadn't discovered Neutrogena's back then ,or else Neutrogena's would be the one I recommend
Sanitiser: Very important, from when you return from the rest-rooms or before you eat in one of those deserted inns.I actually preferred the sanitiser over the hand wash.
Lip-Balm:This is important.because  I cannot say a minute with chapped lips, I got two just in case I lost the other, but nothing of the sort happened. The one I used was the red one by Labello.
Spot-treatment:This is so essential ladies, you don't know I always end up having allergies after the using the public restroom's water, rarely I break out,but if you guys do, then this is a must-take product.I have the Derma-T topical lotion and Fucidin cream .
Pain-killers:I get fatigued really easily, and I am really weak person,so I need to carry all kinds of pain-killers just in case my body decides to betray me.Took Rapidus (not in the picture) and Panadol with me :D
Eye-Roll on: Not that useful, but I was like what the heck it's so light-weight let me just get it with me.
Deodorants & Body Spray: How can these two,not be important, after all that heat and travelling you ought to stink :p,so I took my favourite Dove ones with me.

Lastly, these are my life-savers,catchers(claw clips) hair-ties everything.I got the in a small gift box :p also the claw clip is an essential,if you wear a hijab it gets the hair away from your face and no, at least not for me, it doesn't give the hump like effect .Oh the Vaseline and Tinted Moisturiser/Eye Roll-on were useless I was sceptical about carrying them,as apparently I wasn't going for modelling (I know religious purpose -_-), but I took them with me just in case we might want to go somewhere else, but didn't get to use them as I had allergy on my face dues to eggs and heat and the water :D

Lastly I use Estee Lauder make-up bag (a gift) to hold my face stuff and Ikeas Zip Lock bags to hold body products and the other one for instant-grab stuff I might use it without having to go through so much stuff :D Carrying stuff in different bags helps to accommodate a LOT of stuff and keeps it organised.Threw my hairbrush and camera in the last moment and few snacks YAY!!!

That's it for today, but typing with an injured finger is such a pain in the neck >_<

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah ,the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful...
This is a non-beauty related post and as you've guessed from the title, you pretty much know what the content is going to be about .

Before I continue a small disclaimer *All the images in the post do not belong to me they have been taken off from facebook.Credits go to their respectful owners*

Coming to the topic:
Just about a week back I had heard almost faintly on the news about this so called trailer ,but other than that I didnt know anything. But just 4 days back ,I wanted to know what was all the choas about ,when news focused on Pakistan .After googling it , I became aware of the shameful and sinful act that had been committed.I am not writing this post to talk about this person or the movie because all insults ever created will never make upto their ill-doing.
I am angered and hurt as no Muslim ever will hear a word against our beloved Rasool (s.AW.W) and  this blasphemy has been termed as "Freedom of Expression".Really? If that person really wanted to express where were his guts to come and adress the whole Muslim community in person,he even faked his name to do this.If tommorrow, we Muslims were to do anything will it still be classified as freedom of expression or will it be called terrorsim, racism, intolerence, anti-semetism or discrimimnation?

But more over what's happening across the globe, I don't know why Muslims are acting in an uncivilised manner , shedding Muslim blood, looting buildings and burning tyres.Protest!!!  I say so, do Protest, but peacefully just Like it was done in Lahore and Morroco , the enemies of Islam do not fear looted banks or burning tyres they fear crowded Masjids. In an attempt to show our anger, are we doing anything which our Prophet has taught us?Are we praying, are we being calm.Go protest my Muslims brothers and Sisters tell the world how much you love your Prophet , raise your voices, slogans, eveything but do not act like blood-thirsty animals .The purpose of this movie was to prove that we are the worst of the kind alive and by acting in this manner aren't we proving them right.

This what the Quran tells us to do , because we are answerable to Allah as to why didn't we stand up for our Rasool when he was disgraced but we should do it in one the most peaceful manners:

And (Mu'minoon are such that) when they hear foul speech, they turn away and say: "To us our deeds, and to you yours; peace be to you: we seek not the (ways of the) ignorant." (Quran, 28/55)

And do not argue with the People of the Scripture (Jews, Christians, etc.) except in the nicest manner. (Quran, 29/46)

When you hear the signs of Allah rejected and mocked at, just leave their company until they engage in a different discourse. (Quran, 4/140)

You shall certainly be tried and tested financially and personally/socially; and you shall certainly Hear a lot (that will grieve you) from those who received the Book before you (Jews, Christians etc.) and from polytheists; But if ye persevere with patience / steadfastness and piety-then that will be a determining factor in all affairs. (Quran, 3/186)

Hold to forgiveness; command the universal good; and turn away from the ignorant. (Quran, 7/199)

My salute to other religious groups who have supported the Muslims in the protest ,my respect to all for standing with us in such time and my heart swells with to see that the love for Rasool still lives in our hearts and that we haven't forgotten who we are.

La illa ha il lalla Muhammadar Rasoolallah!!!

Long time,no post I know but well school went a li'l hard on homework and I haven't been doing well for the past 5 days well :p getting to the topic

Don't you find it hard to organise all those Chiffon/Crinkle dupattas that come with your lawn/cotton dresses.Up till now I have gone crazy folding and stacking them in a separate row.But..but when it comes to taking any one of them out I had to redo them all again >_< I know ..so frustrating, so I got me-self an organiser TADAH!!!
Nothing special, but is still better than having tonnes of hangers like the picture to the left:

It was stressing out my hangers and also occupying so much of space :/
So I rolled them around the circular thingies and kept the heavier scarfs over all of them
Work done!! But this can still be a li'l ineffective as I am a lazy person,so once if I remove a scarf from here, its only weeks after that I roll it and put it up again.Otherwise it's perfect to keep the mess at a side :D
Look at those dupattttassss :p

I like how it turned out.Threw on some heavier and larger dupattas and there you go :D

PS: This post was supposed to be up last week but my Wi-Fi was messing with me :( so anyways the hanger is from HomeCentre I guess it was SR 9 .

OO! Finally, the Eid series get over phewww!!
So Eid day 3 was heckka heckka tiring. At first I didn't get ready, later when I actually did,I couldn't get completely ready 'coz we had unexpected guests >_< I know it's so annoying, I just did what I could in a spur of a moment.Later on,they really liked what I did with my eyes,so one of them asked me to French-braid her hair and give her a make-over :p I know I was so proud of myself.Had hard time doing the eye make-up as she was a mono-lid :/
Anyways, after they left,we met up with some friends to go to the park and I guess it was already 10 PM when we reached, parking issues, heat,I was dying out of boredom, later on we left at 12 AM and we couldn't find anything to eat :O Everything literally everything was closed, and one of the ladies, seriously had issues she just couldn't even for formality sake say yes, to any of the places we suggested. >_< . We got food around 2 AM  :'(

I am wearing a dress which was meant for last Eid,but never got to wear it.I was too tired to take any pictures it was already 3 AM and I was getting sick of the dress -__- .Apart from that , the shoes obviously do not match, but these were comfy for the park and have become my new everyday pair of sandals :D Also the Churidaar pyjama looks like I got plaster on my legs :O .Ho! ,and the neck was too low,I was uncomfortable with the picture, so I edited it a bit :P
The ring is from a random street shop in Madinah :) and I finally learnt what to do with the Coastal Scents Eye Crayons {Crayon D'Dombre D'Oeil Eyeshadow Pencil) :D I used the colour Emerald (metallic emerald green) on the top of the wing and Vibrant Glam[ (metallic green (looks yellowish though) ] on the bottom :D

PS: School has started so I might be a li'l slow at posting :( Maybe every Thusday OR Friday)

Pretty simple outfit, but the red colour definitely adds magic to any dress :D
A-Line Dress maybe an inch above the ankle with Churidaar Pyjama :)
And has many different coloured panels on either sides of the dress and block-printed dupatta.Sleeves have a nice mesh-work.Its so simple you can even wear it at home :/

The bangles are Indian but I bought them from Pakistan, paired them with teal coloured shoes.I kept the make-up super decent, using neutral colours and used Teal colour eye-crayon to wing the eye-liner to give a slight pop of colour :D  Also the 4 picture is all the panels in the dress :P
Now for what we did on first day hmm..... oh yes! we went bowling out with neighbours and then head over to a Turkish restaurant for dinner :D

Shoes: Stylo
Ring: CatWalk (I guess) in Pakistan its over 3 years :P

Yes I know.. finally I'm back home and ready to blog!!So here's the first day's outfit : Elegant and yet girly ( I am super good at self-praising ehm ehm...).It was really a very long dress ankle-length-ed and also had net sleeves with a pleated/elastic cuff made from the same material as the Skirt part of the dress.Had a net dupatta/scarf and straight trousers. Also, I liked it after I wore it, because it appeared to be very boring when I bought it :D.And and I simply adore these sandals although they are super painful to walk in :P

Also I didn't really have any proper matching of jewellery so I wore these white dangling ones.Plus I wanted to keep it low with the accessories, as I was wearing make-up at the same time. The eye make seriously reminds me of the Pantomime Cat from Alice in Wonderland :D hehe I can see my Camera in my own eyes I am really poor at taking my own pictures :/
Now for how was the first day of Eid ,super tiring,we had a water problem in our apartment and I couldn't even take a bath >_< I know it sounds disgusting .And later on we went to the fireworks YAY!! and returned home.LOL ..Had one heck of a day!!!! :P
